I visited this location for assistance the morning I was leaving for my honeymoon - I was able to get right in, everyone was really courteous and accommodating, and I got the prescription I needed so I could get on the plane worry-free.

The service there was fast and friendly service and very efficient. I was happy with my visit. It smells clean and fresh in there and not to mention the free slushy machines, and the game waiting room with the PAC-MAN Arcade game. The doctor was friendly and thorough, and the nurse was very nice as well. 10/10 highly recommend.

My wife Mary went to the WellNow Urgent Care today, 09/12/22, in Geneva NY. From the moment we arrived, we received nothing but the BEST service from each and everyone of the staff, including from the admission people, to the lady that took my wife's medical info and vitals. All these people could not be nicer and very professional. We would like also to make a comment about Star, who treated my wife. She went out of her way to help my wife, she took her time, so professional, so caring, always with a smile, she made my wife feel comfortable and safe. Star took her time explaining what she needed to do. She was my wife's hero for taking such a great care of us. Thank you ALL so very much for this outstanding service and care. You are the BEST.
