So do you need to make an appointment if you want to go early morning (About 3~5ish am) I know it says 24 hours but if there's no staff during that time do you have to call ahead?

No, a membership gets you a key, which electronically unlocks the door. I use to go regularly about 5. Have been there as early as 3. Card is supposed to be good at any anytime fitness anywhere.

I'm a newer member but I don't believe so. You have a FOB and access the building that way.
