Best thing to do if your having issues is go as high up the chain of command as possible. When I had a problem I contacted the general manager as well as the service manager. And when I submitted my detailed 1 star review I was called with the hour and essentially begged and pleaded with to remove the review. Best of luck to you.
I went to buy a car I had called about and when I got there they told me it sold and then showed me a more expensive car I left and they called the next morning and said they found the car I wanted initially. If I came back I could see it.
