Do they open at 5 or 6? And after a year of not donating am i considered a new donar or no?

I'm pretty sure they open at 5. And yes,you'd be a new donor. But it doesn't take long to get thru the process if you go early.

They open at 5 Monday through Friday and 6 on the weekends and yes after a year you would be considered a new donor
