At the stadium, they have a store you can purchase a jacket. Not sure on the autographed picture. They might have them there.
The Grand Central station has an NFL shop stocked with Kansas City Chiefs jackets.
In section 111 there is a store there best place to go!!!
You can buy the chiefs gear at their gift shop in the stadium but the autograph photo I don't know you might have to call the gift shop and ask but I think your best shot will be online since you're outside of the state
