Absolute lack of regard for people's schedule. My father needed someone to be present to drive him home after receiving a shot in his eye. His appointment was at 10 am. Still waiting for his shot and it's almost 12:15 pm. Appears they need to learn how to schedule efficiently because this is an absolute joke. Stop wasting people's time and learn to call out and reschedule
