TL;DR - Service was EXCELLENT Edit - Sales experience also EXCELLENT, though in full disclosure we had to buy from somewhere else because Honda did not send inventory to Jay Wolfe that matched what we were looking for. My wife and I had a fabulous experience last month working with Chase Harrington at Jay Wolfe on some pretty significant repairs for our 2012 Honda Odyssey. We dropped it off for what we thought would be a routine checkup before we went on a road trip. It turned out to be quite a bit more. Chase communicated with us in excellent fashion. He was very patient with us as my wife and I discussed what our next steps looked like, he spent a significant amount of time talking to our third party warranty service to get us substantial savings on the repair through our coverage, and he worked with us to get our Costco discount processed. He went meticulously through the bill with me when I picked up the car, making sure everything was satisfactory and as-expected. He even caught a few things that needed to be corrected and took care of them. I could have reviewed the document for years and I would never have caught these items, but Chase made sure they were taken care of. A few years ago we moved from another location and, since our car was out of the Honda warranty, we just started taking it to whatever service department was most convenient. We took it to Jay Wolfe this time because we had a Costco discount coupon. After our experience with Chase and with the Jay Wolfe service department, we will be bringing our vehicle to them from now on. Sales Review - We worked with Kim Mohammadi to try to purchase a 2022 Civic with a manual transmission. Kim was extremely helpful and patient with us as we explored options. Unfortunately, Honda simply never sent one to Jay Wolfe in the 4 months that we waited. So we ended up buying from a private seller. But we will 100% go back and ask for Kim the next time we need a car.

I was accompanying a friend who was in need of a new car. She left with a new car, but so did I! The thought had not even crossed my mind before walking in. The amazing sales staff at Jay Wolfe Honda talked me into new Honda Civic. They were so knowledgable, kind and genuine. I was guided through a usually stressful process with ease. The entire staff at Jay Wolf deserves 5/5 stars. The sales manager, Peter Merrill, deserves 6/5 stars though. He was my #1 guy in there and helped me out the most! Thanks Peter!

I believe it's been done in the past and I'm sure if you called and spoke to a sales person they'd be more than willing to work something out with you
They take care of everything vehicle. Even some same day minor dent repair. If you take your vehicle into Jay Wolfe Honda, they will treat you fairly, honestly & take great care of you & your vehicle. I encourage you to check with your insurance companyn, if they recommend it.
