Why is everyone just standing around walking back and forth. 15 min in and out is not true. I have been sitting in line for 30 freaking mins

I use the one on 40 hi way and its never taken longer than 26 minutes for an oil change.

They have a lot to do. They are thorough and truly care about quality work for a fair if not cheap Price. Sometimes it takes s little longer to do things right.
