Yes, but you will be sent out post-op from a different entrance so I would recommend waiting at the hospital cafeteria or somewhere nearby the hospital. My experience as the family member waiting was that I recieved a call about 20 minutes before the patient was ready to go and we had to pull the car up to the patient pick-up door to get them.
During this time, it is important that we protect our patients and staff and therefore cannot allow anyone to be in the waiting room.
