Staff is very friendly. Doctors are very nice. I am glad Dr Weeks was able to find out our kitten had a parasite after bringing her to 3 different Vets who thought she was having just issues with stress or food intolerance. I hope they continue to provide great service. We have our two kittens there. Thank you.

It has been a long time since I had a pet and when we recently adopted our puppy I knew there was only one place I would trust our puppy with. The staff is extremely professional and very caring. They take the time to explain what they are doing and answer all your questions and address all your concerns. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital without hesitation.

I was going to take my 2 dogs here for the first time tomorrow and everything was perfect until I received the call from Roger to confirm our appointments. After he mentioned that we needed to drop off both of them, I mentioned to him that one of my dogs gets anxiety when we drop him off and hurts himself inside the crate. I also told him that at the other Banfield we used to go in Miami when we lived there, they knew that about him and made the best to take care off all the comprehensive exam with us there outside or with minimum waiting time so he would be ok. After I shared my concerns hoping that at least he could sympathize and do the best for us, the only thing he could say was that they were really busy and have so many pets that day and couldn’t do anything about it because they only had one vet to see them all. He offered to reschedule so I can go in a day when they’re not busy, and I told him that my appointment was booked 2 weeks ago and couldn’t push it even further + I work so I need to go on weekends only unless is an emergency. After this Rogers said that I shouldn’t be making the appointment online, he said that that doesn’t work and I told him that I have always done it that way and have never had any problems in the past with other locations and he said that that’s not the way they work there and I should accommodate to them. How am I supposed to know that if it’s the first time I’ll be visiting this location and also why should I accommodate to you? I told him that if they were not going to treat my dogs with love and consideration I wanted to cancel the appointment and he was so happy and sarcastic to do so! From our side, I’ll happily go all the way to Miami so I can get the best service for my dogs. Don’t take your dogs here! Horrible customer service so I can only imagine if I get treated poorly, I don’t expect any better treatment for our pets!

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 22, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
