Take the Green Line from Harlem/Lake to State/Lake.
Blue line or green line will get you to a couple blocks of the theater.

Blue line would work, Washington stop if I recall. But you can also get off at state and lake if you take the green, brown, orange, or pink lines.
In my MAPS on my smart phone, I can navigate between locations using public transportation. Includes walking segments. Works really well in/aound Chicago.
