Daniel and Robert- There's no need to be rude. I'm assuming Cerra's question is about two children going to the park together without adult supervision, and not resulting in the police being called. I don't know if there's a proper answer to that, but I would guess maybe 12 or 13 years old.
I would recommend a teenager? You really shouldnt let two kids run around on their own there. Atascadero (and the rest of the county) has a sketchy transient population. Ideally, a parent or guardian should go with them.
If any child or children r going to go to a park or lake by themselves and they are under age (like 10 or younger)the most important thing to take into consideration is a "kidnapper" could very close by watching the childs' every move. Plz send an older sibling or responsible teenager with those young kids.
