My wife and I had enjoyed our experience there until we wanted to purchase a sewing machine. We wanted to see if it worked properly. We were told that if we paid cash for it we could have two days to try it out. If there is any problems to bring it back and they would refund the cash. So we did. We could not use it because it was missing a part. We returned it before the two days, but we’re not given our cash back. This person said that they don’t do that. I explained, that was what we were told and that is why it says paid cash on the receipt. The manager was not in and I said that we would take store credit, because we will use it eventually anyways. Today my wife went in and found a few items that she wanted. Upon showing the receipt for the returned sewing machine they told her they would not honor it because it had been too long… There is no expiration date on the receipt. So seems like we are out our money because they make the rules as they go. And do not honor they’re word.

They will absolutely except the elliptical machine it's a great donation.

We accept them sometimes. If we have a bunch then no. if we don't have any and they are in good condition we will take a few. It is always good to call the store before making any delivery to make sure we're able to take it at that time.
All the employees wear masks. They have and offer free masks to customers who don't come in with one. There are sings posted to please wear masks. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing one they will not question you due to HIPPA. They deep clean every morning and use disinfectant through out the day. there is cleaner at the door for you to clean your carts. The even offer free disposable gloves.
Donation hours are Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. with a closed one hour lunch from 1 to 2 p.m. we will not take donations during the closed lunch hour. It is always good to call our store first during regular business hours to see if we are able to take your donation.
Sorry, we do not have a pick up. We take donations brought to us M-Sat. 10am to 4pm. All furniture must be approved before dropping off.
They get them in all the time. Just call them! Im sure they would be happy to help you with pricing.

No. We are a collection site for Bye bye mattress. They recycle mattresses.
Yes, but only when there is room so pls call the store first to see if there is room. The container fills up fast.
