legally they have 1hr to release your car from time of payment per Broward County Ordinance.
I agree, once we paid, it took about 20 minutes for someone to release the car. Sorry to say, but it is a bad neighborhood and I was not comfortable standing outside the gate, a homeless man actually approached us and said if we don't give him money he would shoot us. Lovely area to keep people waiting around for someone to give them back their car, NOT.
