Had a 3 day rental with insurance. Wanted to extend a day they wanted to charge me a $25.00 extension fee on top of the rental. You have to let them know 24 hours before pickup to avoid the extention fee. Was unaware of that policy.

It is impossible to call them. Waiting for 1 h and a half and nobody picked up the phone. Later, I received an email, where they suggested to call them. Ha-ha! It is looks like a devil circle! It is "very convent! Especially for people with disabilities.

Hi Harvey, We do deliver and pick up from the hotel and we can certainly help you out in Fort Lauderdale. The approximate cost of renting a standard size manual wheelchair for 10 days in Fort Lauderdale would be $145.00 USD. This is before tax and insurance. Manual wheelchairs are not ideal on the beach. If it is packed sand, then it might work but if it is loose sand then it will not work. There are special beach wheelchairs with large rubber wheels that are meant for sand. Hi Bridgett, thank you for your question. The scooters do fit in the trunk of most larger vehicles. If you are planning to use a standard size car, we do have smaller models that will fit or that come apart into three pieces to fit in the trunk, they cannot be towed behind a vehicle. If you are looking for something to go on the beach your would require a beach specific chair - the standard scooters do not go on the sand unfortunately. Kind Regards, Samantha P.
