Thieves towed my husbands car in error and wanted us to pay. Make sure you speak with Brian and Brittany they are supposed to be in charge but definitely have no management skills if this is going on. I dont care what type of glitch there is if you took our car and it was your fault then you bring it back otherwise I'd call that stealing. Huge liability on their end.
Margarita, Like 90% of properties in Broward properties have a contracted company that comes out to check for vehicles with no stickers, expired plates, no guest passes etc and ounce they send the info over the towing company is just doing what’s required of them. Read your invoice it tells you who authorized the tow, No towing company in south Florida is allowed to do predatory towing.
The people at All County Towing are very unprofessional and make promises they cannot keep. I was an employee there up until March 26, 2018 and I started on 10/30. When I was interviewed Amy the manager said after 90 days you get 1.00 raise. I have not seen my 1.00 raise and when i kept asking her where's my money she kept giving me the run around. Im not the first person she has told that too. I know because I've seen the emails.
I just hate the neighborhood its in. Not a good area, a guy came up banging on my car window telling me if I didn't give him money, he would shoot me. Lovely business area.
