This isn't fast food. They serve wonderful Italian cuisine. They also have no control over how many patrons show up. While I'm certain that if you communicate to them your situation they will do their best, very few fine dining establishments will guarantee they can get you in and out in 1 hour.
If you only have an hour maybe you should go to Shari's or Dennys....or you can show up a bit earlier and enjoy a nice meal without getting indigestion from trying to hurry. This is a nice restaurant with quality food....
This is authentic Italian food made with real ingredients not store bought sauces. The owner/ cook brought his family recipes from Italy. Sooo, it made take a little longer than what you may want it to but it's worth it. Sit back relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
