Not sure about that particular event. The 2 events I have been to had the middle fenced off. 1 half for 21 & over, the other "family". If you or a guest was under 21 you would simply stay on that half. It is the half closest to the exit (West side).

Any show is either all ages or 21 and over and there is most likely not a separate section.
