I've been going there over the years. I saw Flogging Molly and the Interrupters last week. It was outside but I honestly prefer inside, especially since outside they have to end the concert at 10pm nomatter what. Show up early if you want to stand close to the front. I'm giving a 4 mainly because of the insane prices for alcoholic drinks and concessions. The ticket prices are also a lot higher than they used to be.

Love going to concerts at the complex. Security is professional, friendly and fast. Sound quality is great. Pricing on food and beverages is a decent value, especially compared to other concert venues. Website clearly gives parking options and listed accepted payments. Bar staff is extremely efficient- they opened a line for quicker beverages like shots or beer to speed up service. Great way to adapt and meet the needs of guests so we didn’t miss Girl in Red’s entrance. Didn’t use restrooms this time but will be seeing more shows here and will update if needed. Clean restrooms really make or break a venue from being a favorite.

I like the set up of this venue with close by outdoor areas to get some air. The stage is high enough for good visibility being short in most spots. Gateway parking discounts are good too.

The venue does not, however I believe it is still up to the performers as to whether that is a requirement or not.
Hi Jessica! For tonight's show, you can show it on your phone.
Usually about 30min before the end of the show.
Tina, a limited amount of tickets for most shows are available at our Box Office, prior to the day of the show. We don't charge a fee if you pay cash, $1 per ticket with a card. Our Box Office is open Monday - Friday 11am - 4pm. We recommend calling ahead to make sure that we still have tickets available for the event you're interested in.
Their Facebook page is usually really good at posting the pictures
Inside they can bring a chair or if they have a wheelchair , the staff is nice and will help you out
Can you? If it's an actual ADA service dog, you could. Should you? Definitely not. It's way too loud at a show or concert for a dog.
They did not require proof when I went in April 2022.
Mad expensive for what you are getting but when you include it as part of the experience, it's fine :)
Yes
We read there was but when we got there, it was pretty relaxed.
Hi Johana! Yes, all ages are welcome at the Carlos Vives concert. Make sure that you get tickets from our website, the only official ticket outlets.
Feleisha, yes. The Event Organizer has specific requirements for this concert. Please visit our website and click on the Daughtry event to read more. (thecomplexslc.com)
Hello, You can always see what venue an event is in on our website. Just head to the individual event page and it will be listed right on top. Killswitch Engage is indoors, in Rockwell.
Hi Veronica! Yes, a rapid test will be accepted for that event as long as it's negative and taken within 72 hours of the event.
Hi Jared, at the moment of this answer the Event Organizer is requiring all attendees of this event to have received a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours prior to entering the venue, OR be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please visit our website for updates as requirements can be fluid. Eric Nam is an all ages show.
Vapes are allowed, but you are only supposed to use them in designated areas of the facility.
Hi Shaylee, yes a picture is fine.
Hi Bruce, Rockwell is an indoor venue here at The Complex. Head to our website and check out our ‘Venues’ page for more info.
Yup, plus any "Metered" City Street Parking is free if you have a Handicap Plackard or Plate.
Yes, a rapid test will be accepted for this event.
Hi Karson, You can always check ages limits on our website. For Flogging Molly, it's an all ages event so you are good to go.
Hi Jay! All ages are welcome for Skillet.
Derick, we're primarily an open layout, standing general admission venue. Some events are seated but it is rare. Certain events do have a premier section where seats are available for an upgrade. You can check individual events at our website.
Hello, yes, we are. You can see our full line up at our website www.thecomplexslc.com
Jessica, Girl In Red is an 'all ages' concert, so both you and your friend are welcome to attend

I cant think of any, but when you go to buy any tickets it will say if there are any age restrictions.. but most are all ages
The offspring is awesome live. 10/10 recommend.
I took my 10 year old daughter to see the Midnight. It's not built for kids but kids can go....there are all-ages shows there for a reason.
Yeah Vsniper's right. Smithtix.com almost always has the best prices for Complex tickets, but maybe someone could fight me on that.
Call us at 801-528-9197. Phone lines open at 10:30 AM, Monday - Friday.
It's open from 11 -4 should say on the web site
There's plenty of unsecured street parking all around us. If you're looking for secure parking, we're only a block and a half from Gateway. You can park in their garage and purchase a discounted all day parking voucher at our concessions counter.
Depends on the act and when it starts. Just saw a comedy show and it was about an hour and a half. Concerts are usually 2 hours. Totally Depends.
Yes as with any purchase on your card.
Yes, the complex generally has a coat check at the concessions inside the doors next to the large concert hall. For more information https://www.thecomplexslc.com/about.php
Yes
All the parking is off site. It all has handicap access by and large... But if you're in a chair you can roll right in from anywhere on the block
Need to bring Photo ID, receipt, and credit cRd used on purchase. You pick ur ticket up and the ticket box out front.
Yes, that what will call is for.... To pick up at the venue. You'll go to the ticket booth at the fence line when you arrive. Be sure to have your I.D. with you. Enjoy the show!
Most likely at the box office.
Not sure about that particular event. The 2 events I have been to had the middle fenced off. 1 half for 21 & over, the other "family". If you or a guest was under 21 you would simply stay on that half. It is the half closest to the exit (West side).
No idea. Call the venue and ask them.
Get the Complex on FACEBOOK so you can stay up to date on shows your going to and shows you want to go to and push on following if anything is or isn't going on it will be here .
When I get there I show up at 6 it gets packed in line then at 7 or 7:30pm the doors allows open at that time
Each show not on the same day yes . Your welcome
It's a concert hall, different bands with different types of music. Mostly in English but sometimes some groups or Hispanic artists do show there.
No, you can easily sign up for a pass at The Complex. They have them there on site to making signing up a breeze!
thats not even helpful
Standing, but I know they do have a area boxed in along the back wall for handicapped
Depends on event too. I 've seen on concert advertisements they only have over 21.
You should be able to print them.
No, this is an indoor place although it can be quite cold/warm depending on outdoor temperature.
They seem to be cracking down more since the Las Vegas shooting so I would have to assume there are but I'm not entirely sure.
Nope, anyone under 21 just has to be on the left side of the stage.
Both
$55 if you buy them in advance.
