Depends on the show, but yes. You need to buy a ticket with that specifically mentioned. The East side of the venue has it. The middle is fenced off so one half is for alcohol. The other is not.

Yes. They have a decent and reasonably priced bar with beer and mixed drinks. If you're going with anyone under 21, they'll have to remain in alcohol free area though. You can get a wristband to get a drink and go to the alcohol free side once your drink is gone and go back and forth if you want to.
