Always a great experience. The artwork on the walls and the industrial setting make a great place to take band pictures as well. I had never heard of the concept of renting out jam rooms to musicians until I found this place. I hear the wait-list is quite long though.

It's grungy but in a cool kind of way. People are generally nice, and the graffiti isn't as bad the 8th time you see it.

I've been going there for literally decades and I've had my own studio for over a year now and with the exception of the boys who want to use the ladies room because they are disgusting and fouled their own bathroom, it's a pretty chill place to make noise.

Unfortunately, downtown music only rents out practice rooms. You could try calling Backbeats or Salt City Drums, they could help with finding a kit/studio to rent.
This is a public question. It's unlikely they will have even seen this. But late fees are usually 50/mo i think. I happen to rent there as well.
Wouldn't that be amazing. No, you have to rent the practice spaces.
