I only have my birth certificate, my driver's license was stolen and I am homeless with no money to replace it. I don't have any picture id, I need my social security card to start a job, what can I do?

If your homeless go to the homeless shelter and speak with a case manager and they will give you a voucher to get your ID.

If you've already had a Utah ID this will be easier than getting the S.S. card first! Cameron is right.
