My 6 cd changer won't eject the 5 cds that are in it. Everything else works great. Would it be possible to get those cd's out? Hopefully they aren't ruined but I realize that they might be.

The Unit will have to be pulled out, but We can most likely get those CD's out for you.. We can't Guarantee it will work after thou... We would be happy to help you out!

It should be possible, and the CDs are probably not ruined but it might involve a need to take the complete unit out of the car.
