These people need to learn how expedite the check out and dressing room process. There was a line to try on clothes and an employee IN the dressing room standing around. I had to ask her to check for open rooms, of which there were several, and magically the line disappeared. Take some initiative sweetie. There was a huge line to check out and it’s the slowest process of any retail store I’ve been to. I hate hate hate shopping here but my kids like the clothes…

Why are you closed on a Friday night? Came here specifically to do a return with you guys and your closed… I don’t live by an American eagle so the venture to get here and find your closed is a pain. Thanks

The selection of clothing here was awesome but the service was awful. there were 3 girls behind the register with only one checking people out. the other two were standing around chatting. the line grew to be about 8 people long and they seemed to be completely oblivious. i try not to be too impatient but other customers noticed as well and it was really irritating to wait 20 minutes to be checked out with 2 parties in front of us.
