I don’t write reviews but my husband and I were very disappointed with the price, quality, and customer service. We were on a time crunch and they were willing to get it done in time even though it was going to be $15 for a baby onesie and $20 for a regular shirt with a white design on black shirt. It seemed good upfront but the toddler shirts we paid extra for turned out horrible! We ended up bringing them back and were very difficult to work with and took forever to respond. We just gave up after a while. Such a waste of money.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is the second time I've had to place a rush order with them, and both times they absolutely killed it! Everyone I've spoken to is so polite and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, even with last minute requests or changes in printing. They always make me feel like a priority and service is top-notch. Sarai and Bryan are personable and knowledgable, and I would recommend FIP to anyone :)
