I have been to many batting cages and I have been around quite a few hitting and pitching instructors in the area and the instructors at Inside the Park are some of the best here in the south coast, I highly recommend them if your are looking for your baseball or softball player to take their game to the next level!

Dont believe so ... Maybe for the live machines but you could always pitch to your child yourself or use a tee

There are cages for anything you need. Always call ahead. People are realizing Inside the Park is a hidden gem

Is it really indoors, I never been in one thought of taking my 11 year old today to keep he's interest going while we can't go to the park...
