Customer service from driver to customer(me) ten out of ten. But the people in the office. Oh boy. I stopped by after my car was towed only to hear the male higher employee yelling at the drivers and saying he was going to shoot them. Now I after working in the customer service field for fifteen years have never heard of a manager telling the employee he would shoot them. And then the driver told me that they allow a driver in with no license taken in a drunken stop is training new drivers. I hope someone investigates the inner working of this business seeing as they play favorites and have such a terrible way of communicating with their workers. Got very sick just listening

I have to give these guys credit, they superseded every experience I have ever had with a towing company. Had an accident on the 1st day of vacation 4 hours from home. They were responsive, kind and thorough throughout the process. Today I received my plates in the mail, and they were thoughtful enough to include my EZ-Pass, nice job and many thanks!

Why what's the problem
I really can't tell you, I will hiwever say that Sourhcoast towing and the people in the office were great to work with. They will work with your insurance very helpful!
So you are giving a reputable business a bad rating because a TOW company ESTIMATED they would be there in 20 minutes but was closer to an hour?? Let me help you understand something. That tow truck driver that you call to come save your a$$ could be sitting finally enjoying a hot meal with his family after working all day long. Or might have finally just closed his eyes to try and get a couple hours sleep before another call comes in. Or maybe he was on his way to you when an emergency call came in that there is a young child that accidentally locked the car doors when the mother got out with the keys still in the car but its not running and its 95 degrees outside making that call far more a priority over yours. Before you go and bad mouth a business that is actually one of the best in the area make sure you know what you are talking about before spewing garbage from your mouth.
