I had a new stereo put in and I got in an accident a few months later. It messed with the stereo and my backup camera. Ben took really great care of me. He made sure at the end of the day my car had what it needed and was top of the line. Highly recommend them! Will be taking future new cars to their store 🫡

Questions & Answers

Do you always treat your customers so bad ,and not honor your one year warranty? I'm gonna have to file with small claims court . I was told to bring back the speakers and you would refund me then I do and you tell me no.

We never told you no.. You only brought back in the woofers, not the whole set.. tweeters and crossovers were missing? I remember checking it out when you had some issues and we re installed them.. I dont know what you did after that.. but when you came in with the speakers we never said no, we said we needed the whole set, you said ok then never came back..

I have a town and country with a DVD player. It seems to work fine when the vehicle is very cold but as soon at it starts to warm up the DVD freezes up. It seems like maybe a cooling fan is not working. Is this something you can repair?

This is something they can look at for sure. They have people there who understand the wiring systems of the engine as well as all the stereo parts. Definitely worth stopping in and talking with them! They are very helpful

My 6 cd changer won't eject the 5 cds that are in it. Everything else works great. Would it be possible to get those cd's out? Hopefully they aren't ruined but I realize that they might be.

The Unit will have to be pulled out, but We can most likely get those CD's out for you.. We can't Guarantee it will work after thou... We would be happy to help you out!

My auxiliary port doesn’t work. Can that be fixed or would the stereo have to be completely replaced? What’s the price range on a fix like that?
