Yes but it closes at 10 pm

There's limited lighting in the International Peace Gardens and Jordan Park

They don't usually have it lit up. They might for a social event though. It would look amazing at night if they did have summer lighting. As far as safety goes, always bring a flashlight wherever you are.

I saw no lighting in the garden but I was there before the park was in bloom and water features were not full.
