For a “public” skate park, my friends and I have been kicked out or made to feel very uncomfortable of this place during regular open hours. From being cussed out by fair grounds employees, to skate coaches who know everything making up new rules out of thin air, its not unusual for myself and others to get the boot before our wheels even touch the ground. Today, Jack from spocks skate camp decided to make sure we knew how much more about skateboarding he knew than us, and made plenty of assumptions about myself and my friends as we walked into the park. He raised his voice at us multiple times, and made all of us completely uncomfortable about being at this public park. It is ridiculous to have something like this happen at whats it supposed to be an all inclusive area of the fair grounds.
