No tickets or fees for the Liberty Bell, required. You do wait in line depending on the crowd, which started up by the visitors center the day we visited (mid-May weekend).

No tickets for the bell. Just wait in line which moves quickly. If you want tho see Independence Hall you need top get a free ticket at the visitors center. These go quickly.
