There is a parking lot right accros the street
Accros the street there is private parking lot. it cost $20
There is a parking lot specifically for Eastern State visitors to the left of the Prison. There is usually plenty of spaces.
Have a great time. The audio tour was great, but the Halloween experience is better. I took Septa, since driving and parking can be a challenge, depending on day and time. There are several popular restaurants around the Eastern State, so the parking lot may be full
I found a parking spot on the street on the side of prison i was lucky i guess.
It's right next to the place
They do have parking but if ur coming from NJ take the train.
I was there just last weekend for their terror behind the walls attraction, which gets very crowded. The parking lot to the left was full. On the website they suggest parking at the zoo, which has shuttles to the penitentiary. That may just be for TBtW. Im not sure about general historic tours. If parking at the zoo, keep in mind that you can only pay for parking on the Eastern State Penitentiary website or at the box office on site, not at the zoo itself. They have this information on their website as well for further reference.
Thank you very much for your help, Jenny Fox. I do appreciate it. I saw it on the map, but wasn't sure if we were allowed to park there. Going today and I'm very excited. Thank you again.
Free parking in the streets around. It's residential
There is a parking lot at 22nd & Fairmont
Across the street. Or at the zoo. A shuttle takes you there
