That is wrong about carrier, it is a detox center and you have to either pay or insurance has to cover the rehab which is 30 days. Detox patients can leave anytime they want but 3 to ten days is recommended and it can take up to ten for Dr to ok you to leave...meaning they feel you are ready . Carrier has great food and the Blake unit is awesome. You get to smoke and free time when meetings are not going on, and you get to be out of your room until 12am. There's basketball court, a weight room, tv-xbox room. This place and (most) staff is awesome. I actually didn't want to leave!!
princeton house is less regimented. you can come and go and there are less rules. for carrier clinic you have to stay there for weeks n live on a schedule
