They rescheduled my intake last minute several times, didn't explain anything to me, and then told me they don't want to help me before even doing an intake. Awful and unprofessional conduct.

The therapy I received here expanded my horizons for what I thought was even possible for mental health treatment. In fact, it even made me raise my standards for my future quality of care. Heather was the best individual therapist I’ve ever had, which is saying a lot. I was impressed at how skillfully she balanced gentleness with pushing me towards my growth. My time here was worth every penny because I finally have hope again, which is priceless. It was life-changing to transition from feeling defective to feeling whole. I will carry the people I met here in my heart forever.

I was struggling with myself and felt I needed some sort of school, so my APN suggested a DPT class, like anything new I was hesitant, so I decided to do an intake and that's the first time I met Siobhan, I knew immediately she was the one that was going to get me where I needed to be in my life, it was like she knew me even though we have never met, Siobhan's love and understanding for her career as a therapist will let you uncover your fears, shamefulness and feeling you might not want to talk about, but you will feel safe, be understood, and know she is always there for you, as a client of hers I can't thank her enough for the person she is to help me find myself and bring joy to my life , I will always be thankful!!!!! I was also fortunate enough to have Siobhan teach the DBT class I went to on Wednesday night's, I completed all five modules and by the end of these classes I was not the same person, these are life skills, skills I wish I learned as a child, the class is set up in a safe and comfortable environment, the way Siobhan teaches the class will make you succeed, I will suggest the more vulnerable you are the better it will be for you and your classmates who will also help you, I was very fortunate to have an amazing class, I couldn't wait to class every Wednesday night, on a personal note there were three women that I will never forget and always be thankful for there help, so if you want to change your life for the better, I strongly suggest you make the effort to change your life!!!!! Always Thankful for everyone at Princeton DBT

I'm reflecting on my past year and I can just say that in March I was not in a good place, I started DBT in April and I am finishing up the end of my last module. I never thought I would feel so happy and amazing in my life and I never thought that I would love myself like this again, Siobhan is amazing and so is this program.
