I have a family member that will be in the hospital and this is the closest to Pennsylvania Hospital. How is the parking in that area and the cost? I also will be alone and would like to know the safety of that.

Extremely safe, beautiful historic area. Parking garages every few blocks, some near walnut theater have rates with reasonable daily prices. Even though it is known as a safe area, safety can never be guaranteed.

there is a hospital parking garage across the street
