Yes. They are open. My wife and I go there every month atleast once... maybe 3 times a month at the most.

It was open the last time I was there, several weeks ago. They've been there quite a while, I think they're still there. I did try the number on Google Search, and you're right. it's not connected. They may have switched over to his cell phone, and that listing may not be correct. Their hours say they're closed right now, and they will be open in the morning. If I were you I would probably go down and give it a try.
