Reaching this business by phone is problematic and time-consuming. Either a robot or a very-poor English-speaking person provided only computer responses and could not answer my basic questions about battery availibility for my computer. Could not reach a live person. Could not answer whether I would have to leave computer overnite. Now looking for another computer store.

My 65” television just stopped working. They’ve been to my home 3 times with different parts shipped here. Last call, they said I should expect a refund from the supervisor. That person is MIA! I just want another TV, but no one is helping! It’s just a maze of CS reps, chat bots, and new phone numbers to try. Save your $.

The hours of now close and open again
