We were waiting for two mattresses from another company, for silly reasons it did not get to us and we were succumbed to sleeping on the floor for three nights. Then the said company rescheduled the shipment to the next week, which we could not wait for. Tired, in pain and close to passing out, Erin felt like an angel sent from heaven. I ordered a bed frame for my king size bed. The frame was shipped to me from the warehouse missing 3 legs. I called the store immediately the next day and Erin, the lady that sold me the frame remembered who I was provided me with the best customer service. She found 3 legs that match my frame from her displays, so would not be out of my bed waiting a month or more for 3 legs for my bed. Thank you Erin again, and I will be doing more business with you as well as sending business your way.
