Everything I go they are out of at least one item on my list. Very poor inventory management.

Employee breaks weren’t long enough for the amount of time it takes to get to the front door. They also don’t have a smoke area out back for employees. They make you walk the entire way to the front door which takes a good 5 minutes out of your 10 minute break. The employees also bully other employees and customers no matter the age.

Yes they do only for the membership, unfortunately though its not a big discount and you do have to request it.

You cannot shop without joining BJ's membership. Unless someone takes you in that has a membership

That I'm not sure of. I have a membership and I gave them my e-mail address. They always have coupon books inside the doors to the left. You could probably go there and tell the person that checks your merchandise after you paid that you just want to get a free coupon book. Good luck.

Ruth, they sell clothes in the center, 2/3 into the store. And they rotate certain items on the left side of store which may include a 'clothing rack'

Yes they do have free 1 day passes, they are usually published in the Sunday newspaper coupon section. They charge you 5 % for that shopping trip, which is still a bargain. I work across the street from it. So I'm in there all the time. They also run specials on their membership buy 12 months and get 3 months free. And their gas
