Well maybe Walmart or even a dollar store. . All the phones that Safelink uses some are refurbished and or new so you'd have to call Safelink and ask them before you buy one. Id think almost any phone would work but its probably best bet to ask Safelink before you do that ok.. Have a good day hope this helps you out!
