Ordered a replacement phone about 2 months ago still have not got my phone have called 3 times and still nothing has been done so therefore I am cancelling my service maybe I will have better luck with assurance wireless instead.

there phones are not good i have them and they replaced the same phone 5 times and still having problems,just called them and they still have the same BS phones so i'm looking to change
