We are arriving at the Miami airport this evening and wonder how to go about getting the shuttle to the hotel.

You do not need to call for the shuttle, but best to call the hotel anyway and let them know at what door you're waiting.

Call to hotel and shuttle bus will arrive to parking close to exit of airport other wise You can wait for a long time
