You can't because of confidentiality. If you were to hurt that person they could be held liable, so they won't tell you that someone is there or not.
THEY cant confirm or deny if someone is there, or not. It's THE LAW. Best thing you can do is call them, tell them the emergency, and leave a message for the person. IF that person is there, and wishes to call you back, then, problem solved. THEY will give them the message. IF they are there, THEN it's up to the individual. Sorry But that's the law.

There is a Large spread of land with trees next to the facility. People are always sitting around there especially when they open for bedtime selection. That's a good place to start looking for someone. Find out the hours of operation and ride over there and park and wait or walk where they are. You'll see where they are.
