Well it's a homeless shelter and they use the people who are the program to help keep the place clean. However there's a high turnover and cleanliness may not where it needs to be. Nevertheless if you need help the program will belp you get on your feet. I'm speaking from experience, especially coming from the streets where I wasn't even taking a shower.
The showers are horrible and never clean and barely any hot water.
Yes they provide showers. In my experience the showers were clean. People are the problem. BOC was as good as possible
I am not sure. I went there as a volunteer, so I did not utilize any of their services.
