We are open to the public from 12 to 6 Monday thru Fridays and 11am to 5pm on Saturdays. Animals can be brought in during that time - there is no after-hours drop off. You can call the Council Bluffs Animal Control at 712.328.4656 for more information or if you need assistance at your residence dealing with a stray animal.
Nobody there after 7pm.
Call human society and they will have answering machine n I hope they leave after hours no. One time I called them and they called me back.
