I don't think there is a place in Lincoln for cats that are not killed you might have to try like Omaha

The Capital Humane Society is not a no kill shelter but I foster for them and they really seem to care about taking care of the animals there

There is no fee when you surrender your adult cats. But I dont think the capital humane society is a No kill shelter.
