I got the grilled cheese burritos and soft tacos. The grilled cheese burritos had the cheese come completely off of both of them. The soft tacos were made like a five year old made them. I get it's hard to find people right now, but sending food out looking like that is just frustrating.

The manager last night Carlos was awesome. Super polite! They forgot our sauces and he personally brought them out to us good attitude good customer service! Also the guy taking orders was very up beat and polite as well. They didn't have co2 and he gave us other options to make up for it!!

I normally go to this Taco Bell, the drive thru was easier to navigate than the one on O. But tonight was disappointing. My partner grabbed food for us on the way home. He mentioned that the drive-thru was busy, which I know isn't fun for the staff, I work in fast food myself. But the food he brought home had been cold, the cheese not even melted on my quesadillas and they were missing that queso sauce. I didn't want to call and make a fuss, I'm sure it's stressful enough, I've seen how full their drive-thru can get. But please, quality is important. You guys have done great so far, it's sucks to have a bad experience like this.

Friendly staff, and when an order placed remotely for DoorDash delivery is at closing time they provide free food coupons to square with the customer and to the DoorDash driver.
That might be a question for Taco Bell customer service
