We’d suggest you call our Emergency Services department’s electric assistance extension at (402) 471-4515 ext. 1471 and explain your situation and needs. Calls are accepted Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, and returned in the order received.

Alicia, Our process is to have you call and leave a name and number on the rental assistance line between 8 a.m. Monday and noon on Thursday each week. The calls are returned in the order they are received. When you are reached back by phone, an application is done during that call. Your circumstances would then dictate the time it would take to provide assistance. Thanks for your question!!

They do have emergency funding programs if you meet the qualifications.
