Very well. Lived here since 2012, pet friendly, gym, pool, etc. Close to shopping stores, Walmart, Target, any some others. Friendly neighbors. Definitely worth considering.
They have an infestation of poisonous snakes that come into breeze ways and when notified they just show you a picture of all of there poisonous “friends “ (snakes) they don’t care about your fears and when asked to put something down to prevent them from being in the breeze ways they said they can’t due to brevard reserve and no matter the occasion they don’t care until you get bit and sue them all my incidents: -every other night in breeze ways when i come home -on the wall next to my apartment door -in front of management office -my niece and nephew stepped over one because of all the trees on the floor (they cut them off and left them on the floor ) -right in front of my apartment door This is making me scared to come home and scared to leave and enter 🤦🏾♀️

I have cousins that have lived here since 2006. In addition to the last review... The management is fantastic and if you need a large space to have a party, you can rent the clubhouse for a modest fee. The grounds are gorgeous any time of the year. My favorite is the springtime, when the magnolia and crape myrtle are in bloom. Yes, move here! You won't be sorry!
