I’ve lived here for 8 years now and this place has went straight down hill. The new manager has done a great job of turning this place into a horrible place to live. Unlike Colleen she knows and does nothing about the horrible and disrespectful residents that live here. Every day I get home from work I got 10 kids smoking pot on the stairs as the vandalize the cars and building and trash the breezeway nothing get done. You call the front office and they tell you to call the police. My advice to you is to not move here. Thanks

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! DON’T MOVE TO TIMBER TRACE THEY ARE DISGUSTING!! They Don’t keep nothing clean and The staff office are rude especially lyin or whatever that desk lady’s name is. I would not recommend!! Look for something better to live in! Not in Timber trace!! Horrible office people and horrible living conditions. The only nice person there is manny!!

Not deep 5 ft i believe. Also Timber Trace has a second pool across from that one for the smaller kids pool around 3 to 6 yrs old

theirs a few mischievous kids in the complex that could be up to stealing them. No telling though theirs alot of people there. I suggest putting up a camera
